7 Steps to Create Your Masterpiece
Tracing: Trace by yourself OR use pre-drawn board
Wire Straightening: Flatten copper wires, trim burrs for standby
Gluing: Apply thin adhesive along pattern lines
Wire Bending: Bend and paste copper wires to shape patterns
Sand Washing: Clean sundries and dust of colored sand
Sand Mixing: Blend colored sand with
binder to proper humidity
Sand Filling: Fill sand by zones, level and air-dry
Sand drying: Spray sand-fixing adhesive onto the surface of cloisonné filigree painting
Customize the pattern and trace by yourself
You can copy patterns onto the board & draw clear outlines all by yourself. In this case, the patterns can also be customized to your own preference.
